Bangchak Stamping Oil 80 is an odourless lubrication oil suitable for
metal shaping work, metal boring and light metalwork. Bangchak Stamping
Oil 80 is a low-viscosity oil, which evaporates by itself without the
need for subsequent rinsing. Suitable for shaping thin metal,
particularly aluminium, brass, copper and iron, this oil has been given
synthetic quality enhancers to protect against impact in order to give
optimum performance.
Bangchak Stamping Oil 80 can evaporate by itself, without leaving behind
any oil marks on the work, thus making it suitable where the
requirements of the work specify a product that should not be rinsed off
after use. This oil does not contain chlorine, sulphur, silicone or
toxins, and is thus environmentally friendly.
Usage of Bangchak Stamping Oil 80
Suitable for aluminium fin shaping, allowing machinery to work at high
speeds without the skin of the fin breaking, and helping prolong the
working life of the machinery. Also suitable for any light duty work
involving boring, metal sheet pumping, or cutting metal pipes.
